1000+ episodes of a leading tech leadership podcast. full media operation from production to growth.

Technovation is a tech leadership podcast hosted by Peter High, President of Metis Strategy. the show has been running since 2008, interviewing CIOs, CTOs, CDOs, and the people shaping how companies think about technology, digital transformation, and innovation. i joined the operation ~5 years ago.
when i came on, the podcast needed a production system that could scale. weekly episodes, each with a senior tech executive, each needing audio editing, video production, clip creation, thumbnail design, distribution across platforms, and show notes. the kind of operation where one missed step means a late publish and a guest who notices.
i built and now run the entire production pipeline. every episode, start to finish:
end-to-end editing pipeline for weekly episodes. audio mixing, video editing, quality control, and publishing across all platforms.
designed and executed a clip strategy for TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn. identified key moments, edited for platform-native formats.
grew the channel from 168 to 90K+ subscribers. built and managed paid promotion campaigns via Google Ads with custom audience targeting.
managed the guest pipeline, coordinated scheduling with executive teams, handled all outreach and follow-up communications.
managed sponsor relationships, created ad reads and integrations, coordinated deliverables.
wrote all social copy for LinkedIn, managed posting cadence, designed promotional graphics and carousels.
built and maintained the production database in Airtable. episode tracking, guest pipeline, content tagging, workflow automation.
logo animation, lower thirds, thumbnail design, episode templates. maintained visual consistency across 1000+ episodes.
for 4 years, operated as a one-person team managing the entire media operation. later hired and oversaw additional editors and production support.
built Custom GPTs for copywriting automation, designed a RAG model for extracting insights across episodes, streamlined repetitive workflows.
a few examples from the catalog. full playlist has 500+ episodes.

500+ episodes published on a consistent weekly cadence. no missed publishes. the production system runs tight enough that i can focus on the creative work, not the logistics.
launched Technoventure as a standalone brand with its own identity, audience, and trajectory. built a clip pipeline that turns every long-form episode into 4+ pieces of short-form content. created compilation videos that surface the best moments across years of catalog.
the podcast has become one of the most established shows in the tech leadership space, with guests including CIOs and CTOs from Caterpillar, Stanford Health Care, CIBC, Cargill, and hundreds more.

if you're running a podcast, building a media property, or need someone to own the production pipeline end to end, say hi.
